Host Ethan Rhee has a special guest to kick off Season 2. Dr. Su Chiang is a Senior Alliance Manager at CARB-X, a global non-profit antibiotic innovation accelerator. She has a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences (Microbiology and Molecular Genetics) from Harvard University and was previously a Senior Associate Director at the Blavatnik Biomedical Accelerator at Harvard. Ethan and Dr. Chiang discuss why antibiotic companies are going bankrupt and what CARB-X is doing to help the situation.
